To connect and foster collaboration within our Tung Chung and Lantau community, Caritas Wu Cheng‑chung College (CWCC) opens its school campus and facilities for hire by external organizations. We welcome partnerships for education, sports, arts, and cultural events.

In managing and leasing our campus venues, CWCC strictly adheres to the Guidelines for Levying Charges for Hire of Accommodation in Aided Schools established by the HKSAR Education Bureau (EDB).

Hire Rate (租用費用):
HK$1,500 per session (1.5 hours)

Opening Hours

The pitch is available for rental on Saturdays and Sundays during the following time slots:

  • Session 1: 08:00 – 09:30
  • Session 2: 09:30 – 11:00
  • Session 3: 11:00 – 12:30
  • [Maintenance Break]
  • Session 4: 13:00 – 14:30
  • Session 5: 14:30 – 16:00
  • Session 6: 16:00 – 17:30

Booking Procedure

Application Form (PDF):
Please download and complete the application form below and submit it by email.

  • Submit Application: Email the completed form to cwcc@cwcc.edu.hk.
  • Acknowledgement: An automated email will confirm receipt of your enquiry.
  • Verification & Approval: A formal Booking Confirmation email will be issued upon approval.
  • Payment: Payment must be settled within 3 working days after confirmation.

Important note: If payment is not received within the 3‑day period, the booking will be cancelled automatically and the session may be released to other applicants.
