Application Period: January 2nd – January 16th, 2026 (Application Period Closed)

The application period for S1 Discretionary Places for the 2026/27 school year ran from January 2nd to January 16th, 2026. During this period, parents were required to complete our online application form and submit the official “Application Form for Secondary One Discretionary Places,” issued by the Education Bureau, directly to our school.

Please note: The application period for S1 Discretionary Places is now closed.

a. Application form for Secondary 1 Discretionary Places (The form will be distributed by your child's primary school)

*Remarks: For students not studying in primary schools participating in the SSPA System (including newly arrived children and dependants under various talent admission schemes who are eligible for participating in the SSPA), their parents can obtain the application forms at the School Places Allocation (SPA) Section of the EDB.*

b. Completed CWCC Online application form

c. A student photo

d. Copy of the school report card for Primary 5 (Second Term)

e. Copy of the school report card for Primary 6 (First Term)

f. Copy of the HKID card, birth certificate, or document(s) showing the date of birth and identity of permanent residency in Hong Kong

g. Copy of relevant certificates, awards, and/or proof of extra-curricular activities from Primary 4 to Primary 6 (if applicable)

Choice-Making Period: Early April – Early May 2026

The Central Allocation (CA) process allows students to be assigned to secondary schools based on their preferences.

• Choice-Making Period: The period for submitting school choices for Central Allocation is typically from early April to early May 2026. Please refer to the Education Bureau's official announcements for exact dates.
• CWCC Allocation District: Caritas Wu Cheng Chung College (CWCC) is allocated under the Island District.

Results Release Date: Tuesday, July 7th, 2026

The results for both S1 Discretionary Places and Central Allocation will be officially released on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026. Further details on how to check results will be provided closer to the date.

Following the release of S1 admission results, the Door Knocking Period will commence on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026. Applicants are kindly requested to visit the school in person during this period for further arrangements.

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
