Visiting an elderly centre in Mainland China

Love is our Shared Language Across Generations and Borders.
Our CWCCians recently embarked on a deeply moving journey to Mainland China, visiting an elderly centre for a day of connection that went far beyond a typical field trip.
This wasn’t just a visit; it was a powerful meeting of hearts. By sitting down for tea and honest conversations, our students stepped across cultural, generational, and geographical boundaries. Despite the gap in years and the differences in life experiences, they found common ground in shared stories and laughter.
It was a beautiful reminder that while languages or dialects may vary, kindness is universal. Watching our youth listen with such respect to the wisdom of the elders—and seeing the seniors light up in the presence of the next generation—showed us that the most important lessons aren't found in textbooks, but in human connection.
We are so proud of our students for being such empathetic ambassadors of CWCC!
