How does Volleyball unite our team day and night ?

Our team isn’t just about daily drills—we live and breathe volleyball in every way! From intense training sessions to thrilling friendly matches, we push each other to grow stronger together. But it doesn’t stop there—we also chase inspiration beyond the court!

Recently, we took a volleyball adventure to Kai Tak Arena to watch the Volleyball Nations League!  Experiencing world-class teams like Italy, China, Japan, Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic up close was electrifying! The energy, the skills, the passion—it fueled our own dreams and teamwork.

And guess what? This wasn’t just a match—it was a 40km team-building trip from Tung Chung to a world-class stadium! Laughing, cheering, and analyzing plays together made this more than just a game day—it was a bonding experience we’ll never forget.

Volleyball isn’t just a sport for us—it’s a lifestyle that connects us day and night. Here’s to more sweat, more wins, and more unforgettable moments as ONE TEAM!
